Credits Explained (It's Simple)
What counts as a credit:
- 1 credit → Booking a new appointment
- 1 credit → Rescheduling an appointment
- 1 credit → Canceling an appointment
What doesn't count:
- 0 credits → Failed calls, hang-ups, wrong numbers
- 0 credits → Test calls (using test PIN)
- 0 credits → Joe couldn't help
The rule:
If Joe doesn't successfully manage an appointment, you don't pay. Simple.
Unused credits: Plan credits reset monthly. Top-up credits roll over month-to-month (don't expire unless you downgrade).
Why Success-Based?
Most phone answering services charge per minute—whether they help or not. You pay for wrong numbers, spam calls, and time wasted.
Joe only charges when he actually does something useful: books, reschedules, or cancels an appointment.
No appointment managed? No charge. That's the deal.
Pricing Questions
What happens if I run out of credits?
Joe keeps working. You can enable auto-billing to buy top-ups automatically, or manually purchase more credits. You choose.
Can I change plans later?
Yep. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do I really get a 30-day free trial?
Yes. No credit card required. Full access to all features. Cancel anytime during trial, no questions asked.
What if Joe screws up a booking?
If it's our fault, we refund the credit. Reach out to support and we'll make it right.
How much do human receptionists cost?

Can I try Joe with just a few clients first?
